Jane Njeri Mwaura Ng’ang’a is a highly accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience leading organizations, shaping policy, and mobilizing multi-stakeholder partnerships at the intersection of global health, human rights, gender justice, and faith-based engagement.

As CEO of Faith to Action Network, Jane brings a strong track record of executive leadership, strategic advocacy, governance, and resource mobilization. She has led and scaled a national organization over a 14-year period, strengthening governance systems, managing budgets, mobilizing resources, and ensuring donor compliance while maintaining strong relationships with development partners, governments, and multilateral institutions.

Widely recognized for translating complex policy issues into actionable strategies, Jane’s technical leadership spans SRHR, HIV/AIDS, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), with representation at the UN General Assembly, WHO Faith Networks, PEPFAR/UNAIDS initiatives, and International AIDS Conferences. Grounded in faith and committed to interfaith collaboration, she brings strong cultural intelligence and diplomatic leadership across diverse regions and belief systems.
