Building Capacity for Sustainable Impact
Faith to Action Network is committed to strengthening the capacity of local, national, regional, and international faith organizations. Our goal is to enhance their ability to advocate, implement programs, and ensure accountability effectively. Our methodologies are adapted to faith actors’ institutional cultures, blending faith scriptures and practices with organizational development standards. We also provide small grants to promising interfaith interventions. Following an organizational review in 2024, we developed a comprehensive internal capacity development plan with prioritized objectives and budget allocations. Each staff member has a personalized plan with learning targets.
