Our Network

Faith to Action Network is a global southern-born, southern-based and southern-led dedicated to promoting family health, women’s rights, gender justice, and peaceful and inclusive communities and the only global interfaith network mobilizing faith actors to advance women’s rights and gender justice. Founded in 2011, our network brings together more than 215 religious organizations of various faiths, including Bahá’ís, Buddhists, Christians, Confucianists, Hindus, and Muslims, in  38 countries.

Our mission is to mobilize faith actors for interfaith dialogue and collaboration to improve family health being, women’s rights and gender justice through the implementation of advocacy dialogues, trainings, exchange visits, peer education and communication, advocacy capacity strengthening of local FBOs, South South linking, learning and strategizing in Africa and beyond.

We strongly believe that faith can be a powerful driver of positive change, and we work tirelessly to create innovative, evidence-based, faith-supported community programs.

Faith To Action Network is distinguished by its unique approach to interfaith collaboration, seeking to find constructive, contextual and intercultural solutions to human rights and needs. We seek to foster long-term collaboration, gradually cultivating a positive and constructive faith movement in Africa, Asia and beyond.
